Upon calling the 800 # and having a modest wait, I was asked for my product #. I had several #'s and was unsure which one was correct. I was mid-sentence of asking a question when the CS person began talking over me and said: "call back when you have the product #" . Total interaction was ~10 seconds and I was left extremely pissed as the person who should have been helping me just abruptly and rudely hung up on me. After spending another 15 minutes researching the product numbers, I called back with what I believed to be the correct product #. A different CS person answered and performed their job more professionally. They shared that I couldn't place an order with them, but could only place orders on-line... it seems like a lot of wasted customer and CS time could be avoided by informing 800 # call customers (by the automated attendant) that if they desire to place orders that they should do so on-line.
