How to obtain warranty service?

To ensure you receive the best possible customer support, we kindly ask that you review our troubleshooting resources before initiating a warranty claim. If the issue persists after troubleshooting, please proceed with submitting a warranty claim

What we will do to correct problems.

Alton will provided warranted products with replacement parts to resolve product issues. It is the customers responsibility to remove and replace the damaged/non-functioning parts.
