DXVA20-1200A - DeWalt Foam Filter

Was difficult finding this as this specific DeWalt item is only handled by Alton Industry. Had to make many calls to get to the right department and find the simple wet filter needed to vacuum liquid. I think the price at $12.00 is a bit steep for a piece of foam and even steeper when you charge $11.00 shipping on top of that and it took 10 days or so to get here.

it works great...does the job,better than 4 gal i was using

Need to instruct your reps to be knowledgeable and honest. I called to find out if the filter was included with my DEWALT vacuum. The rep told me that it was not, and I needed to buy it. Do I have to say that I received the part which was included with the vacuum?! Oh, and the cost of shipment for the weightless piece in the envelope was 15 !!
I recommend using another company with better sales tactics.

Alton industries was very easy to work with . I received my order in a timely manner, everything was packaged perfectly. I would recommend Alton to anybody. A fine organization .
