DXVC6912 - DeWalt 6 Gallon to 16 Gallon Cartridge Filter for High Efficiency Wet/Dry Vacuum

My earlier review, which was a 1-star, states all of the details. Now I’m putting in a 3-star review because Alton did the right thing and sent me a UPS return label to facilitate return of my ordered items. When I told them it was gonna cost me $61 to send the items back (for a $100 order) I let them know of my upsetting situation and how I thought they could improve their website so others would not experience what I did. They promptly sent me a UPS return label! Amazing and most appreciated! Why 2 stars off? Their website! No way to cross reference what filters fit which vacs, even though the exact models are noted on the DeWalt boxes. Also no dimensions given, so if unsure, you could actually make a good guess with just the filter size. Thank you Alton Industries!
