Universal ™ HEPA Cartridge Filter for 3-5 Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuums

Primary problem is the plate that should spin 1/4 turn at bottom of frame falls off as soon as power is on. No obvious wear or damage signs. This has occurred with every use from the first time I put it together and used it. Second minor problem is the latches on motor assy require exact positioning to click into place. Much more precise than most shop vacs and somewhat of a PIA. If/When these are resolved by Alton Industries chat I shall upgrade the stars. My last Craftsman wet/dry shop vac I bought in 1988 while living in New Jersey. The bearings in motor began to get noisy a year or so back affecting suction and getting worse over time. Now it grinds, howls and is not effective at all. Although 35+ YEARS of use is excellent, absolutely!
